Call us on 03 4333 0016 or drop by for a chat – we’d love to meet you What You’ll Be Doing Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and work providers Accurately quoting vehicle repairs in line with industry targets and procedures Completing quotes both onsite, offsite, and online Performing arrival inspections, including damage mapping and vehicle imaging Coordinating parts orders to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs Managing supplier communications for any additional authorised work Ensuring all vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition Handing over completed repairs to customers with confidence and care What We’re Looking For Previous experience in the collision repair industry (Essential) A strong focus on safety and quality Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Great attention to detail Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset We understand life isn’t one-size-fits-all — if you’re looking for flexible work hours, let’s have a conversation.
