Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising.
* Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
* Support the sales team in achieving store goals and promoting store initiatives.
* Answering enquires over the phone.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Base Salary: $62,500-$67,500 minimum per year + super
* Bonus Opportunities: Staff products discount
Working Hours
Monday to friday 9am to 4pm
Saturday: 9am to 2pm
Sunday: 9am to 2pm
You will be working in a 5 days roster with 2 days off
Experience in the e-Bike and e-Scooter industry is a plus.
