Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of scopes of work on our Alcoa RSA10 Wagerup Service Contract.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Engaging and managing subcontractors
* Submitting estimates for minor earthworks and capital projects around the Alumina refinery and residue deposition areas
* Tracking productivity metrics and generating cost-saving initiatives
* Attending weekly site-based client and internal meetings
* Supplying QA/QC packages at completion of capital projects such as drainage systems
* Daily reporting on work completion status
* Working alongside supervisors on the delivery of scopes of work
Requirements
* Current WA driver's license
* Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* Good communication skills for working alongside suppliers, supervisors, and clients
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and reporting skills
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening
