Maintenance Person required for well known Ballarat business

HAYS Recruitment Ballarat is working with a local business that is looking to add a Maintenance Person Team Member/Manager to their expanding team.
**Your new role**
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure all work completed is to customer satisfaction & legally compliant
- Duties as directed by owner
- Completing more than variety of trade finishes not just one trade
- Where full uniform at all times
- Keep work vehicle clean at all times
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and completed in full, this includes:
- SWMS
- Before & After Images
- Complete job cards for all jobs
- Track costing and hours for all jobs
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Person or trade experience.
- White Card.
- Driving licence.
- Police check.
- Working With Children card.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Great time management skills.
- Self motivation.
