Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract Administrator Specialist to join our team.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems including Bluebeam and Procore.

You will play an important role in managing bills of quantities, preparing contract documentation, and supporting the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities:

* Contract Administration
o Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
o Manage bills of quantities (BoQ), tender analysis, and subcontractor comparisons.
o Support progress claims, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
* Document Control & Systems
o Maintain accurate records in Procore and Bluebeam.
o Assist with drawings, specifications, RFIs, and document registers.
o Track compliance documentation, insurances, and safety requirements.
* Project Support
o Work closely with the Senior Development Manager and Senior CA to support day-to-day delivery.
o Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely information flow.
o Assist with reporting and financial tracking of subcontractor packages.
* Commercial & Compliance
o Support monthly cost reporting and budget tracking.
o Ensure contract documentation is compliant with company procedures and legislative requirements.
o Monitor project deadlines and identify potential risks or delays.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 2-5 years' experience in contract administration or similar role within construction or development.
* Demonstrated experience with Bluebeam and Procore software.
* Strong understanding of bills of quantities, tender processes, and contract documentation.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly regarded: Experience with large-scale mixed-use or residential projects.
* Exposure to construction finance, progress claims, and procurement processes.
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
