About the Role:

As a Career Development Specialist, you will work closely with participants to identify their strengths, interests, and values, and develop personalized action plans to help them succeed.
Your day-to-day activities will include providing one-on-one coaching sessions, conducting career assessments, and collaborating with community organizations to create opportunities for participants.
You will also assist participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation, and refer them through training, counselling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.
The successful candidate will be experienced in customer service, client-facing or administrative roles, with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and KPI targets.
You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to conduct client assessments, develop case plans, and maintain accurate records.
