We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Packers to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, teamwork, and safety are important.

What You Will Do:
* Pack finished products correctly and carefully
* Check products for damage or quality issues
* Label, seal, and prepare boxes for storage or delivery
* Use the correct packaging materials for each product
* Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
* Follow daily production targets and schedules
* Complete basic paperwork (packing slips, batch numbers)
* Work with production, quality, and warehouse teams
* Help with pallet loading and preparing goods for dispatch
* Follow all safety rules and wear PPE at all times
About You:
Successful applicants will possess the following:
* Experience in packing or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
* Good attention to detail and care when handling products
* Ability to meet production line targets and work at a steady pace
* Understanding of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
* Able to follow instructions and work safely
* Team player with basic communication skills
* Own reliable transport (shift times may be outside public transport hours)
* Full Australian working rights.
