rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging for

The requirements | What it takes to do this
work
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a
willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to
make a difference. As a Carer, you’ll also need:
A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their
needs
6 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer
service within the Aged Care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
