**The Heart of the Role**
As a Carer, you will perform a variety of important duties within the care home, ensuring that the needs of our residents and the facility as a whole, are met. You'll join a supportive, team-oriented, and caring team to make a positive impact to the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach. You'll deliver the highest quality person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.

**What will you bring?**
- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
- A passion and energy for world class care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their outcomes
**All applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks as part of the background check process.
