Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to various projects.
* Screening telephone calls and providing information or redirecting inquiries
* Maintaining and updating databases regularly
* Composing routine correspondence accurately and efficiently
* Preparing reports for meetings and drafting correspondence
* Assisting with meeting preparation and minute-taking
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in administrative support roles is preferred but not essential.
