Product Support Representative Opportunity
This role requires an experienced professional to provide product support in the Riverina Region, with a base at either our Albury or Wagga Wagga branch. The ideal candidate will work on a Monday-Friday basis with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Effective day-to-day product assistance and customer engagement
* Identifying and developing business opportunities within key industries such as Commercial Engines, Local Government, Civil, Building and Construction
* Sales of equipment parts and services tailored to meet customer needs
* Contribute to regional growth strategies and implement effective account management practices
* Develop new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
* Promote products and services in line with company programs and initiatives
