You must be highly organised, comfortable with learning new technology, discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service for all enquiries from our residents, staff, family and friends that come to the residence both face to face and over the phone. You will complete the full range of front‐desk and administrative support and follow‐up tasks.
Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable.
