**About the Role**In this role, you will take the lead in delivering a high-quality **Kindergarten Program** that fosters curiosity, confidence, and a strong foundation for school readiness.
Your responsibilities include:* Designing and delivering a high-quality **Kindergarten Program** aligned with the **EYLF** and **NQS*** Creating intentional, developmentally appropriate learning experiences* Leading documentation, assessments, and evaluation of children's learning* Building strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and community stakeholders* Supporting the transition to school through structured planning and collaboration* Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and reflective learning environment* Being a role model for professional practice and pedagogical excellence**What You'll Need*** Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)* Experience delivering a Kindergarten or Preschool Program* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and early childhood pedagogy* Current **Working with Children Check (Employee)** – NSW requirement* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications* Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching* A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes**Key Benefits****Key Benefits we offer for joining our Hive:**
