The role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate to join our back-end Brisbane Major Projects and Construction team. We are seeking a strong litigator to join the practice, construction experience is desirable.
Working with our reputable Partners Dale Brackin and Frazer Moss, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market recognised, high performing practice. We act on major government infrastructure projects and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the procurement and transport sectors. You will be exposed to complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring a seamless service to our clients.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 4 years PQE with solid dispute resolution experience. Construction experience is desirable
* The ability to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service to our clients
* A proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff
* The ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationships
* The desire to work as part of close-knit, collaborative and high-performing team
