Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, with regular access to the Hotel Manager, your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
Responsibilities
1. Providing exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
2. Participating in & conducting training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
3. Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality.
5. Maintaining procedures & documentation.
