Key Responsibilities
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
Handling phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
Assisting with reservations and guest requests
Liaising with housekeeping and other resort departments
Providing local and resort information to guests
About You
You enjoy helping people and staying organised in a busy environment.
Experience is not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are key.
