Key Responsibilities
* Managing guest check‐ins and check‐outs
* Handling phone, email and face‐to‐face enquiries
* Assisting with reservations and guest requests
* Liaising with housekeeping and other resort departments
* Providing local and resort information to guests
About You
You enjoy helping people and staying organised in a busy environment. Experience is not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are key.
