What You'll Do
* Set up and coordinate tools and training aids for every class.
* Keep our Welshpool training facility clean, safe, and ready to go.
* Support trainers during practical sessions and machine repairs.
* Organise tool storage, manage inventory, and source quotes.
* Handle logistics for simulators and road cases.
What We're Looking For
* A great attitude – this is highly important.
* A self‑starter who works confidently and independently.
* Forklift licence (essential).
* Strong technical and mechanical aptitude (a plus).
* Clear communicator with basic Microsoft Office skills.
* Trade qualification or Cert IV Training & Assessment desirable, not essential.
