Key Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive work plan to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
* Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of all components.
Financial Planning and Analysis
* Liaise with finance teams to validate assumptions and calculations.
* Review and refine documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
* Apply best practice standards for government submissions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
* Facilitate workshops and briefings with internal teams.
* Support engagement with central agencies.
* Prepare briefing materials and talking points for senior executives.
Reporting and Governance
* Provide regular updates to the project sponsor and executive team.
* Contribute to governance reporting and risk management documentation.
The successful candidate will deliver finalised submissions, ready for executive endorsement and central agency lodgement, as well as financial models and costing templates for each proposal.
