Job Description
As a Change Manager, you will work across the entire Technology team to deliver change programs and support the successful delivery of projects.
* South western Sydney location
* 6 month contract
You will use your experience in organisational change management to enable successful implementation and adoption of change within the organisation.
This is a challenging opportunity for you to be part of a greenfield environment.
The role involves planning and managing the implementation of modern, secured technology systems for a new business with no legacy systems replacement needs.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Applying best practice change management frameworks, methodologies and techniques to deliver desired outcomes
* Identifying and ensuring resolution of conflicts relating to resources, skills, availability and business priorities
* Planning a comprehensive change management approach
* Developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption
* Conducting detailed change impact assessments
* Supporting initial change planning and requirements identification
* Incorporating change management into overall project scheduling and resource planning
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in change management roles
* At least 3-5 years' experience in complex organisations
* Experience working in 'greenfields' organisations would be beneficial
* Ability to make clear and sound judgements, with a focus on providing pragmatic solutions using data to support decision-making
* Excellent skills and experience building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to negotiate and influence effectively
* Proven capability in effective communication and ability to execute on work effectively, autonomously and independently
