Hospitality Receptionist – Beachfront Venue in Currumbin
We are located right on the beach in Currumbin and have been crowned Best Gold Coast Surf Club. With our absolute beachfront location, our venue boasts an incredible café, bar, restaurant & events space. Our team offers a clever blend of bistro favourites, contemporary Australian cuisine, and world-class views!
We are currently looking for hospitality professionals to assist in the day-to-day operations of our busy club. We are seeking a Hospitality Receptionist who is ready to join our team and immerse themselves in our positive team culture while being the welcoming face of our beautiful beachfront venue.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining the professional image of the venue while warmly welcoming our members and guests. In this role, you will manage and maintain our membership database, assist with bookings and enquiries, oversee aspects of our gaming operations, and support a variety of daily administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth running of the club.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent organisational skills and be detail-oriented
* Be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people, both internally and externally, and provide excellent customer service
* Be proficient in using office equipment, Microsoft Office applications, online booking systems, POS systems and member data collection
* Hold a current Queensland RSA & RSG, or be willing to obtain them
* Have experience in KENO and gaming (advantageous but not essential)
An immediate start can be arranged for the suitable candidate. Hours of work will reflect the hospitality industry; therefore, candidates should be available for mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
