Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to provide administrative support across our regional services.
* Provision of exceptional reception services, including phone and on-site support for Residential and Non-Residential programs.
* Management of account payments and reconciliation for client and general payments for Residential and Non-Residential Programs.
* Support with the coordination of administrative functions across regional services to ensure quality requirements are met.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired).
* Current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
* Valid Victorian Driver Licence.
* Ability to travel across rural Victorian sites.
