Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Audiologist/Audiometrist based in Port Lincoln, South Australia. The role involves performing comprehensive hearing assessments, providing diagnostic and rehabilitative services, and offering client-focused hearing solutions. You will collaborate with patients to recommend and fit hearing aids and other assistive devices, as well as provide follow-up care and counseling to ensure positive outcomes. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation and staying updated on advances in audiology practices and technology.
Qualifications Strong technical skills in conducting hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids, and providing rehabilitative careKnowledge of patient counseling, customer service, and personalized hearing care solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as neededExperience with modern audiology equipment and software applicationsRelevant qualifications in Audiology or Audiometry, alongside professional registration and licensing as required in South AustraliaCurrent driver’s license and the ability to travel to client locations, if necessaryCommitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in hearing healthcare
