The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Store Manager to lead our David Jones Concession at Pacific Fair.
Reporting to the Dual-Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team, driving results, and ensuring every client receives the premium service and polished presentation that Oroton is known for. We’re looking for someone with Concession or premium retail experience, who thrives on building client connections, supporting performance, and working within a dynamic team.
Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster
What You’ll Do
* Support and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, personalised service
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and product care
* Assist in driving sales performance and achieving store targets
* Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
* Collaborate with your Store Manager to create a positive and high-performing team culture

* Experience in fast paced retail leadership
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Confidence in supporting and developing a team
* High attention to detail in store standards and presentation
* Ability to manage day-to-day operations with organisation and initiative
