About the role: The Mental Health Clinician is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating the recovery of people with a mental illness or disorder. The role delivers expert clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers and other care providers, using an integrated and person‑centred approach. Key responsibilities include: establishing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, liaising with community services, and supporting outreach to nearby areas. The position is Monday‑to‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, based in Dubbo and may involve community outreach. Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities are available.
