Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: Process Engineer!Are you the kind of engineer who actually wants to be on the shop floor, sleeves rolled up, solving problems, optimizing machines, and leading by example?We're looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supports their team, and loves improving how things get done.What You'll Be Doing:Program, troubleshoot, and optimize SMT/Through-Hole equipment including:Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Wave & Selective SolderPerform preventive and routine maintenance on equipmentProvide hands-on support and technical guidance on the floorEvaluate and refine stencil design and reflow profilingOptimize wave soldering, flux chemistry, and through-hole solderingImprove yields, reduce defects, and implement continuous improvement initiativesWork with BOMs and support quoting, planning, purchasing, and qualityAnalyze rejected parts, determine root causes, and implement solutionsSupport front-end and back-end PCB assembly processesRead and interpret PCA assembly drawings and technical documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance and qualityMaintain work area cleanliness and follow safety proceduresLaunch new products and troubleshoot existing buildsWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT & Through-Hole)2+ years in a supervisory or team lead roleStrong experience with stencil design, reflow profiling, and wave solderingFamiliarity with flux chemistries and solder alloy selectionsDeep understanding of PCB assembly processes, both front- and back-endAbility to define and refine robust, repeatable manufacturing processesProven ability to program, set up, and load PCBs onto SMT machinesFamiliarity with RoHS and no-clean soldering practicesWorking knowledge of IPC-610, J-STD-001, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485Strong ERP and machine troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication, documentation, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative environmentEducation:Technical degree (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology) or equivalent hands-on experienceWe are committed to inclusivity, ensuring all team members have the opportunity to contribute to our success.
