Key Responsibilities
* Lead creative across all communications, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output across digital, social, video, print, and signage.
* Produce professional corporate and brand assets, from brochures and sales tools to internal communications.
* Plan, run, and manage photography and video content shoots, editing and delivering high-impact visuals for multiple channels.
* Manage the digital asset library, keeping files organised, tagged, and ready for the team to use.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and internal/external partners to bring campaigns to life.
* Stay ahead of creative trends, tools, and channels to deliver fresh, engaging content.
* Support continuous improvement and personal development through training and industry events.
What You Bring
* 5+ years' experience creating visual marketing content across social, digital, and print (Agecy, Media, or in-house)
* Experience managing junior or mid-weight designers and providing creative direction.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for producing engaging video and motion assets.
* Familiarity with Canva for fast-turnaround social and branded content.
* Strong capability across both static and motion design, with excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
* Proven ability to manage timelines, juggle competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills.
* Photography and videography skills, supported by a portfolio demonstrating commercial outcomes.
* Experience in product packaging design, with examples of work that has progressed to market.
