As you know, the aim of a recruiter is to help solve problems for clients by placing candidates into perm and/or contract roles across Australia & New Zealand. Due to the seniority of this role, we do require past experience in Agency recruitment. As a guide, 3 years would be ideal. Additionally, you will be teaming up with colleagues across our global offices in the US, Europe and Asia. Key responsibilities: Excellent candidate management shown in all deal processes, leading by example to the rest of the team Identifying senior candidates in the market & working with them to support their career AND their current team Oversee trainee(s) to show them how to manage relationship management Ensure that the team are executing after-care guiding candidates through compliance, the first day and throughout the rebate period Managing clients for personal deal processes and managing clients on behalf of resource consultants & trainees Building relationships with existing clients.
