About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating new machine orders, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and supporting the quoting and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate new machine orders from contract review through to delivery.
* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with customer contracts.
* Support the quoting team with cost estimates and machine configurations.
* Assist the delivery team to ensure full and on-time delivery meets customer expectation.
* Liaise with stakeholders to validate contracts and verify quote accuracy.
* Prepare the Shop Get Ready form within Service Level Agreement (SLA) by verifying contract conditions.
* Re-cost and analyze contract variations requested by management or sales.
* Process claims and review credit estimates in line with business SLAs and policies.
