Your new role
You'll be the key point of contact for a variety of customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day will include a mix of inbound and outbound communication-via phone and email-where you'll provide timely updates, investigate delivery issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless freight resolution and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain customer service is highly regarded.
* Strong background in customer service with a proactive and friendly approach
* Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
* A problem-solver who can think on their feet
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and screens
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
