The Role: Landscape Management Staff
We're seeking motivated and open-minded individuals to join our maintenance crews and deliver excellence in our landscape maintenance division. As a part of the team you'll:
* Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas through tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and edging.
* Safely and efficiently operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
* Represent MO&Co; Landscapes with positivity, teamwork and a strong work ethic.
* Take responsibility for maintenance vehicles, equipment, routes, and fostering positive client relationships.
What You Bring to the Table
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Practical Skills: Proficiency in using landscaping equipment and navigating various outdoor environments.
* Attention to Detail: A commitment to completing work to the highest standard.
* Positive Attitude: Optimism, teamwork skills, and effective communication.
* Adaptability: A willingness to work in diverse outdoor conditions.
* Driver's License: To operate crew vehicles and travel between work sites.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

* 10 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
