Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for Quantity Surveyor who already holds AIQS or RICS membership (MAIQS / MRICS - Full Voting Member) and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct Site inspections and collect data for cost estimation and reporting.
Assist with Reinstatement Cost Assessments (Insurance Valuations), CapitalWorks Fund Forecasts, and Financier Costing Reports/Progress Claims.
Liaise with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.
Maintain accurate project records and contribute to reporting and compliance documentation.
Stay up to date with relevant legislation, ATO guidelines, and industry standards.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Property Economics (or a related Built Environment field).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Current driver's licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for site visits.
