About the role
Bring your practical experience of having been involved the planning and execution of complex and/or high value Programs of overhaul work from Concept to Execution. Be responsible for planning, governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of overhauls and associated projects in line with the business and asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver complex and high value overhauls, within business processes and agreed performance outcomes.
* Ensuring the Overhaul remains aligned with the business strategy and priorities as defined by the Program Sponsors.
* Lead and manage the preparation and coordination of overhaul work activities across multiple functions and stakeholders.
* Lead the execution and coordinate of the Overhaul, including associated projects to agreed performance outcomes.
* Foster and maintain a positive and productive workplace environment within the overhaul team and across various support functions.
* Managing Overhaul risks and issues taking corrective measures when required in order to achieve agreed outcomes.
What will you bring
* Demonstrated knowledge of Power Plant Overhauls and Project Management methodologies and techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
* Exceptional and demonstrable people leadership to drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* A strong technical understanding of power plant equipment, maintenance and operations.
* Ability to travel
