Protech is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support one of our key clients at Mackay Harbour.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Front reception & front‐of‐house duties
* Provide strong data entry support with high attention to detail
* Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Communicate effectively and clearly
* Assist with company compliance
Competencies & Experience Required
* Customer service skills
* High attention to detail
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable transport and current driver's licence
* Willingness to complete D&A
