We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Retail Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at the Cheltenham Factory Outlet in Victoria.
This role requires fixed weekly days and hours on selected weekdays and weekends. If you're an enthusiastic retail sales professional with a strong passion for sport, we want to hear from you.

The key responsibilities include:
* Ownership and awareness of store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership over them
* Executing the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
* Execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Quick and effective processing of merchandise deliveries and constant replenishment of merchandising fixtures
* Representation of the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way
For success in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
You will be driven, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
