Key Responsibilities:

* Staying updated with industry trends and techniques.
* Clear and concise communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A qualified pastry chef with more than 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
* Knowledge and understanding of current food trends within the industry.
* Victorian Driver's License.
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality baked and dessert offerings.
* A minimum Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie.
