Job Overview
The company is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of National Account Manager. This position will involve managing national customer sales budgets, developing and implementing sales strategies for all national accounts, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to implement business plans.
* Prepare annual chain & nationals budgets in conjunction with the Head of Retail Sales.
* Deliver national customer sales budgets via annual Customer Business Plans.
* Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for all national accounts.
* Engage and work cross functionally with all key internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement national & state business plans.
* Control and manage expenditure.
* A&P management and review as per agreed framework.
* Regular review and analysis of customer & group sales performance & business reviews.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer management, delivering on business strategy, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and execute commercial NPD opportunities. Commercial acumen and an understanding of the impact on sales, profit, and market share of funds invested are also essential.
