Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a leading mining & civil contractor committed to sustainable resource development and land rehabilitation. With a proven track record across Australia's mining regions, we are now seeking experienced Multiskilled Operators to work at a mine rehabilitation project close to Moranbah, in Central Queensland.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Multi‐Skilled Operators and Moxy & Water Cart Operators to support ongoing rehabilitation and civil earthworks activities. In these roles, you will operate heavy earthmoving equipment to deliver rehabilitation outcomes including reshaping landforms, topsoiling, drainage construction, and site remediation, restoring mined areas to a safe and sustainable condition in line with project plans. A strong focus on safety, compliance with site procedures, and teamwork is essential.
What We're Looking For
* Multi‐Skilled Operators: Demonstrated experience operating Dozers, Graders, and Excavators
* Moxy & Water Cart Operators: Proven experience operating Moxy and Water Carts
* Proven experience in open‐cut mining rehabilitation or mining earthworks environments
* Experience with GPS machine control systems highly regarded
* Current RII competencies for relevant machinery
* Strong safety‐focused mindset with the ability to follow work scopes and site procedures
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Standard 11 Statement of Attainment and current Coal Board Medical
