high-impact executive role
reporting directly to the
Chief Growth Officer, offering regular exposure to senior leadership forums and the opportunity to shape commercial strategy at a global level. You will lead
enterprise business development initiatives across APAC, engaging with major mining companies and C-suite stakeholders to support the adoption of a fully integrated digital ecosystem across their operations. This position is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives on building strategic relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and delivering transformational value to large-scale mining organisations. Key Responsibilities
Drive
new business growth
across strategic enterprise mining accounts throughout APAC Build and maintain
C-suite relationships
with key decision makers and influencers Develop and execute regional
business development strategies aligned to global objectives Identify and pursue
cross-sell and upsell opportunities
within existing major accounts Partner closely with
product, delivery, and executive leadership teams
to ensure successful client outcomes Represent the organisation at
industry events, executive briefings, and strategic client engagements Provide market insight and contribute to
long-term commercial planning Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in
enterprise software sales or business development within the mining sector Strong experience managing
large strategic accounts and complex solution sales cycles Demonstrated ability to engage and influence
senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams Deep understanding of the
mining value chain and digital transformation initiatives Strategic thinker with the ability to
translate vision into measurable growth outcomes Comfortable operating in a
