They are seeking a high performing Contracts Administrator to oversee projects across and support operations within their precast facility, delivering strong outcomes across a diverse project portfolio.
This role is Darwin-based and not offered on a FIFO roster, providing exposure to a wide range of exciting projects across the region.
About The Role
Prepare, review, and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements.
Coordinate with the in-house precast factory and support site teams.
Manage variations, progress claims, and payments with accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control.
Oversee Practical Completion, HOTO, defect resolution, and final accounts.
Coordinate with the in-house precast factory and support site teams.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing commercial construction contracts $10-20M+
Strong ability in procurement, subcontract management, and trade package coordination.
Strong cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline preferred.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
