Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients on arrival. Have an outgoing, friendly, approachable attitude.
* Guide clients on how to safely use recovery equipment (Saunas, Compression Therapy, Plunge Pools, Hyperbaric Chamber, etc)
* Manage bookings through our Mindbody booking system
* Maintain cleanliness of facility including wiping down equipment and cleaning as needed throughout the day
* Monitor client sessions to ensure safety and provide assistance when needed
* Work as part of the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
