Companion Care Professional
This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to older individuals in their homes, enhancing their well-being and quality of life.
* Personal care assistance: assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Meal preparation and presentation: prepare nutritious meals for clients that cater to their dietary needs.
* Companionship and social interaction: engage in activities with clients to promote social interaction, reduce loneliness, and foster a sense of belonging.
* Transportation management: manage transportation for errands and appointments on behalf of clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care, experience in client-centred care, and a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
