Central Adelaide Local Health Network Statewide – SA Pharmacy Gawler, SA 5118 Salary AHP4 $118,887 - $129,427 p.a. (pro-rata) Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Temporary, part time role, 15 hours per week until 20 March 2026 About the role As a Regional Lead Pharmacist, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day management of designated Pharmacy Services across your region, ensuring alignment with both SA Pharmacy strategic priorities and your Regional Local Health Network’s goals. This is a dynamic leadership position where you’ll oversee a comprehensive range of pharmacy services, optimise patient outcomes, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective and responsive care. Your expertise will help shape clinical practice, guide service delivery, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. In this role, you’ll not only provide expert professional services but also mentor and supervise a diverse team of pharmacists, interns, students and support staff. You’ll contribute to education, training and staff development, while playing an active role in shaping policy and practice at local, regional and state-wide levels. With responsibilities spanning clinical service delivery, resource management, teaching and committee participation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on pharmacy services and patient care across the region. About You You’re a motivated and experienced pharmacy professional with a passion for leadership, service improvement and patient-centred care. With strong clinical knowledge and proven management skills, you’re ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact across the region. Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current registration or eligibility with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, with proven leadership, supervisory or management experience. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence, innovate and lead service improvements. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, mentor staff, and contribute to education, research and strategic development.
