The Role
We are looking for experienced Section Waiters and experienced Bar People to join our team who love food, wine, give incredible customer service experiences and who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, like-minded people to join us.
The right person will:
* Have a bright and sunny disposition.
* A passion for service and creating the best guest experience.
* Have experience managing a section in an hatted or premium restaurant
* Exceptional wine knowledge
* Must be available on weekends
Responsibilities:
* Run a section of 10 to 20 people.
* Experience in Cocktail Making
* Provide our guests with great service and enthusiastic energy
* Running food

What We're Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in section waiting (preferred)
* Strong background in customer service (required)
* Valid RSA (required)
* Confident 3-plate carry (essential)
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for hospitality
