The Key Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain a robust Health and Safety Management system that aligns with industry best practices.
* Oversee occupational health monitoring programs designed to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Develop and execute health and wellbeing initiatives aimed at promoting a positive work environment.
* Ensure major mine hazards are identified and effectively mitigated through proactive measures.
* Manage injury management processes to minimize downtime and optimize employee recovery.
