Responsibilities
Working as part of the Customer Service Team, your key focus areas will be:
Ensure all customer details and data is entered onto internal systems
Internal liaison with logistics, warehouse, & sales team
Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Issuing credits, refunds and dealing with customer complaints.
Liaising with customers regarding shipment, ETA's, or missing goods
Freight & shipping administration
General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experience
The successful applicant will have a solid background as a Customer Service administrator with a proven ability to work autonomously and be solutions focused. Experience working in a face paced and at times challenging environment would be highly regarded. The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
A strong attention to detail and problem solver
Experience in similar Customer Service or Retail background
Experience using CRM software's
The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
