**Responsibilities**
Working as part of the Customer Service Team, your key focus areas will be:
- Ensure all customer details and data is entered onto internal systems
- Internal liaison with logistics, warehouse, & sales team
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
- Issuing credits, refunds and dealing with customer complaints.
- Liaising with customers regarding shipment, ETA's, or missing goods
- Freight & shipping administration
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Experience**
The successful applicant will have a strong background as a Customer Service administrator with a proven ability to work autonomously and be solutions focused. Experience working in a face paced and at times challenging environment would be highly regarded. The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- A strong attention to detail and problem solver
- Experience in similar Customer Service or Retail background
- Experience using CRM software's
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
