Administration Officer – Emergency Management

Permanent Part Time: 20 Hours per week

Location: Morwell

Band 4 Hourly Rate: $36.15 - $38.55 plus 11.5% superannuation

Department: Emergency Management

We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Emergency Management Team.


About This Role

In this role, you will provide confidential, courteous, and efficient administrative support, including data entry and research assistance to the Emergency Management team.

You will be responsible for delivering administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, filing documents, organizing meetings, preparing minutes and agendas, and managing incoming calls and inquiries.


About You

We are seeking someone passionate about exceptional customer service. You should have a proven track record in customer service and stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Attention to detail and excellence in record management are essential.

You will also have:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to manage and prioritize tasks within required timeframes

All successful applicants are required to obtain a National Police Check and hold a valid Working with Children Check.
