Your role
Cummins offers a unique opportunity to Bachelor of Arts or similar students to gain skills and knowledge while working full time commencing 27th January 2025. This is a 13-month, full-time or part-time, paid placement and the successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program. In this role, you will support the Asia Pacific Corporate Responsibility Leader in executing the Asia Pacific Corporate Responsibility strategy.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will make an impact and gain experience in the following ways:
* Developing and drafting training materials and the conducting training sessions for new CR processes and procedures implemented within the region
* Assisting in the tracking and following up regional data as required for project scorecards on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Providing support to the Corporate Responsibility Program for Asia Pacific through the administering of the MyCommunity Database, and local partnership Programs
* Conducting research and investigation projects into specific areas of CR
* Providing support to CR leadership Champions in the Asia Pacific
About you
If you are an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts or similar student looking to jump-start your career, Cummins is offering a 13-month full-time or part-time internship based at their Carole Park office or branches.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:
* Are currently studying a Bachelor's degree of Arts or similar.
* Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete your undergraduate degree as of January 2025
* Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration
To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/abilities or be able to perform:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer programs
* Be open to mentoring and professional development.
* Work autonomously with the support of a mentor and remotely as required.
