About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless service experience while acting as the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
* Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns
* Liaising with technicians and workshop control regarding vehicle progress
* Providing customers with updates and maintenance recommendations
* Coordinating vehicle handovers and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Upselling additional repair and maintenance work where appropriate
* Maintaining accurate service records and administrative processes
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Experience with dealership management systems is highly regarded
* Current and valid driver's licence
