Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to lead our payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for staff across our business. As a key point of guidance, you will provide leadership and expertise on payroll related queries and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of payroll professionals in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
* Provide expert guidance on payroll-related matters
* Leverage data insights to inform payroll processes and drive business improvement


Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience in payroll operations or management
* Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
* Strong understanding of modern awards and payroll legislation
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with ADP Payforce payroll system
