Manager Customer Engagement & Digital Finance Role
This is a senior finance role within the Retail Banking Services division of a leading bank. The Manager will be responsible for providing financial support and advice to the Customer Engagement & Digital business unit, with a focus on delivering regular business insights and conducting financial modelling and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Business Insights: Develop and maintain regular reports on the CED distribution channel, including customer and CommBank Yello metrics.
* Financial Modelling: Conduct financial modelling and analysis to inform business decisions, including FTE reporting, expenses, and new product development.
* Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare, review, and analyse monthly reporting packs, as well as perform monthly reconciliations.
* Planning and Target Setting: Facilitate the planning, cascading, and maintenance of FTE and expense targets.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders, including RBS Finance teams and CED business partners.
Requirements
* Banking Knowledge: A good understanding of banking operations and products.
* Commercial Skills: Strong commercial, financial, and/or management accounting skills.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
* Industry Trends: A proven track record of understanding industry trends and translating them into business outcomes.
